Going the whole hog

Friday, August 3rd, 2018

“I just want to say a big thanks for the lovely hog roast that you produced on the day. It was brilliant, I still have the remainder of it in my freezer.”

Our outside catering team have had a very busy time of late, providing our Oink Hog Roasts and full event catering provisions at a wide variety of events, venues and locations.   There has been a real mix of events and occasions from weddings and parties to corporate events and press launches. Whatever the venue and occasion, we have received fantastic comments about our succulent pulled pork. It really is impressive when our whole hog roast arrives ready cooked and our team are on hand to carve and serve the pulled pork to all the guests.

Whilst we would love to cater for all the events we get enquiries about, we do have a limitation to just how far from our base in the Scottish Borders the pig can travel. We also get asked often for recommendations of venues to hold an event at, so we thought we would share some of the recent venues and locations where we have been recently.

In May we provided Outside Catering at:
Leith Theatre
St Peters Church Luton Place Edinburgh
Revolution Barber’s Kirkcaldy
Ingleby Gallery
Runningburn near Stichill
Biscuit Factory in Leith
A private event in Roxburgh
